March 14, also known as Pi Day, is one of my favorite days. I found out about it in college from a fellow Student Academic Council member and have been celebrating it for the past few years. I am no math geek, in fact math has pretty much always been my worst subject. But I do love an excuse to invite people over for tasty food. These are the invitations I made for our little get together.
Want to find out more? Check out the official Pi Day Website. You can find ideas for fun Pi Day activities, brag about how many digits of Pi you have memorized, and read some Piems and even a Pi-ku. It's hilarious!

You're so creative. I never heard of people celebrating Pi Day until I met you, dear Karla. Super cute invitations!
OK, you are SO clever! I love it :) I hope you had a very nice Pi day! So I looked up the Red Mango web site and it looks amazing!!! I cannot wait to go there. Maybe we'll have to have an afternoon to go decide which is better: Red Mango or Maestro's. What do you think? Love the blog, by the way! I'll be back often :)
your comment made my night. :) i always think of you as an awesome photographer! and we missed your pi day this year... totally spaced it until now. landen wants you to know he was missing your key lime!
love the invites! Should have expected as much from you clever cute girl! (I'm doing my blog catch up- but I'm cheating and doing it at work!!!)
Thanks so much for introducing me to Pi Day, and, you know, feeding me Pie. You're awesome, and that deserves a gold coin.
